Of course there's a way to make money using adwords - if there wasn't, then there would be nobody advertising on adwords.
yes advertise on something u make money from like referring people to stormpay and or an affiliate link
I know there is a way, but I think only the big guys make money. Have any of you personally made money consistantly from Adwords?
My agency (ok, my boss's agency, the agency that I work for) runs campaigns for dozens of websites across most business sectors, and they are all making money from it - as tvmatt says, why would companies do it otherwise (except the numpties that are ruining it for everyone, as mentioned in my blog the other month!)
Is there a way to make money with advertising? (that's essentially what you're asking). The obvious answer is yes.
As someone who wants to get into Adwords for the first time, it's good to hear that money can be made. I've read almost every ebook on the subject, from Adwords190, Project X, Day Job Killer, Definitive Guide etc. but still don't really know where to start. There's so much conflicting advice it's a little overwhelming. What would you guys recommend?
Bid on something which will give you benefit. Like SEM companies do that for getting quotes/enquiries... You can also do it for something which you can sell over your website....
Don't read e-books on the subject! You have no way to know whether the bloke/blokette that wrote it knew what they were talking about. Forums like DP are generally pretty good - if someone starts talking nonsense, there are plenty of people around who'll set them straight...
NOBODY! here answered the question. What good is this forum if all you're going to do is talk junk. Show me ONE reply here that actually HELPS! NONE! CustardMITE came close. GChoi 'says' he's making money but no substantiation or how much. How much money do YOU consistently make using AdWords? Please just answer or don't. Are you making a substantial living doing it? Can you do it on your own (not with a large corporation)?
I used to make money via AdWords using CJ.com ads. I came across some really good advertisers and promoted them for about a year. I would say I made $12,000 via AdWords that year. But then one by one those advertisers bailed out. And I couldn't find anything that would substitute them. I am still looking.
Oh, and I think if he/she added an option "I made money" more people would be posting and sharing about their experience with AdWords.
What a way to resurrect a two-year old thread. > Is there a way to make money with advertising? (that's essentially what you're asking). Maybe, maybe not. Lots of people confuse and interchange Adwords and Adsense. If the original poster meant Adsense, then yes, lots of people make money by placing Adsense on their site. Not that hard really. Place the code, people see the ads, some people click on the ads and you make money. Managing a few campaigns for others, small and large, I know they are making money. You make money the instant someone buys from you. So yes, indirectly, Adwords is making them money. Whether that translates into a profit is another thing. Otherwise, as it's been pointed out, they would stop advertising using Adwords. All the clients I manage campaigns for not only make money, they are turning profits. So I guess the answer to the question is yes, you can make money with Adwords.
Im going to go ahead and turn this thread into a "new thread" you can find right here by asking the question, how can you make money with adwords, and what is the most profitable type of website for adwords? it depends on what your website is trying to make money from in the first place? - affiliate links - google adsense - cpm ads (cost per thousand) - ecommerce I'm trying to figure out if its a good idea to advertise with adwords strictly for hopes in generating clicks through google adsense? does anyone have any experience with this? let me know if you do at this new thread: Paying for adwords and profiting with adsense???
That's called arbitration. As I understand it, Google is all over it and they work overtime to prevent it.
Actually, *I* was interested in learning whether or not it's worth while to try to make a living selling e-books and small software using *AdWords*. I'm not much interested in AdSense because I can't see reasonably making a living at it.
There are two option, You pay normally or use google adwords vouchers. Than it is easy to earn money.
