Everytime I turn on my computer which has windows xp on it, it starts fine, but then asks for a "user name" and password and finishes loading...Is there any way to get rid of this message? It's really annoying and adds to the boot up time.

    Thanks
    Dave

If you think your computer is safe without asking for a password, or you really do not mind having other people lgin in to your computer, you can google for tweakxp.

    It can easy enable autologin.

-Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts
-Uncheck the "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer" check box and click apply.
-Enter the user name and password you normally enter to log in
    -Click OK twice

Anyone know what user account ASP.NET Machine A...is? I don't recognize it...there is owner, and "ASP.NET MACHINE A..."

    Is this a hack?

The aspnet_wp or ASP.NET Machine Account is created when the Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 is installed onto a Windows XP computer. The user is created to run the asp.net worker process used in Microsoft's Internet Information Services, which allows ASP.net to run on your local web server (This is pretty much its only use, it is not used to run normal .net managed executables). There is not a need to worry about this user's presence; it was not created in malicious way.

I downloaded tweakxp and do not see where the "auto login" feature is.

Also I tried doing it manually under control panel for windows the directions do not work...there seems to be missing a step.
