Is there a way to get indexed in the first place?

Many people argue about getting high PR

I noticed that some of my site has great PR and some don't. I had no idea why.

    It's just random.

Anyway, I am interested to have thousands of my page get indexed in the first place.

    How to do so?

If you haven't already, join Google webmaster tools as well.

You can set crawl rates, submit your sitemap, lookup top queries etc.
This way you can get more pages indexed and keep track of them.

Google seems to crawl my site a lot more often at a faster rate, since i joined.

You must register to Google Webmaster tools wherein you can submit sitemaps, or submit a reinclusion form if your site has been banned by Google.

Just changed half of my sites to a fast crawl rate...av it:)

Going to compare the difference in pages indexed, thanks for this tip lets see if it makes a difference!

for info i've copied the webmaster tool setting here:)

    "Choose new crawl speed [?]

Faster A faster crawl will enable us to crawl your site quickly, but may put more load on your server.

    Normal Recommended crawl rate.

Slower A slower crawl will reduce Googlebot's traffic on your server, but we may not be able to crawl your site as often."
    :D:)

Also the easiest way is make sure all your sites that do already have PR, you link them to your new sites.
