Yes, there's lots of places to get free content. But, what you are talking about is called building a site for AdSense and will result in you getting banned from AdSense. Many have already tried and you'll often find them here complaining that Google banned them for no reason.

Would you want to give away your work for free? Get busy and start writing unique content.

I think that Google will ban you for duplicate content also...

It isn't always good to get stuff for free. Sometimes it just pays to pay a writer to write articles for you or just buckle down and do it yourself. You should want to build a website about something that really interests you. Also randymorin you said you could get your site banned for building a site specifically for adsense. I've never heard of that. How can google tell the difference between a site built for adsense, and a informational site with google ads? I can't tell the difference.

You can obviously get banned if you have a site and it has text telling visitors to click on your ads.

Thanks for all advices given to me. How can you all manage to have more than 3 sites at the same time? I found it very time consuming to just having two sites.

Yes i was about to say that as well... but this is too complex for the SE to detect which was the primary source for the content... which should be penalized... let's say i have an article published in my website but to draw attention i also submit the same to the article websites which are more popular with SE's... now if the SE has not indexed by new article in my website would it penalize my website when it eventually finds my article...

may be i am missing something but copyscape may have a working answer for this...

I have question regarding original contents. Let's say I created an article on my site, another adsense site copy the article on his/her site. How does Adsense or its SE know which is the original? How can they prove it?

Google has silently added a new advanced serach feature for searching content that is copylefted... meaning use/reuse modify at will...

This just indicates a lot of stuff is happening behind the scenes on the SE alg. itself...

back to what you were asking... it is not resolvable unless through a first written record / copyright / registration... includes legal tussles...

You can politely ask the websites which copy your stuff to take them down...
There are a few websites which offer a way to protect your content... like copyscape but please post others if you have found them useful...

These are costly... well but as a matter of fact i found a few folks who can write articles at <5$ for 500 words which i then usually beef up to 1000 before posting...

From what i have seen the best technique for small websites is to do a "me first technique".... use the article websites to publish your original content with links to your homepage and the page where you have published your article with lets say some additional exclusive comments...

Now whoever copies would have to tussle it out with not just you but all article websites if they dont put the link back to your website... which eventually increases your pagerank if you close the loop and avoid PR leaks in the recipient page...

goodluck with your content development... as other suggested... publish articles from article websites and add quality content with a bold lettered copyright notice... plus submit your content to the article websites and you will fare better...hope this helps a bit...

How can they determine this? There is now way for google to tell who the original source is?? Just by a copyright symbol, this will never work.

That's REAL cheap I would be worried about the quality and uniqueness... using copyscape only is not a good idea.

I dont know the alg behind the search but i am digging into how to show up my articles in case somebody is using this advanced search feature for content publishing...

see the usage rights filter in the advanced serach there are 5 options but i dont quite understand and i am not happy about the results they show now... but this is very good addition for folks looking for free content to blog or add to their website...
