Is there a way to find keywords a page on my site is ranking for?

I have numerous pages on my site (growing every day), and they are ranking for various keywords. Is there any way I can see what keywords a page is ranking for, and the ranking position? I don't feel like typing out a ton of keyword phrases that may contain my site.

I use seoquake for this. Go to keyword density checker in seoquake, and it will show everything you need and also density.

you can also right click click view page source and look for the following tag: <meta name="keywords" content="this is the keywords" />

Here is what I would do - install Google analytics, figure out which terms are bringing you traffic and then dump that list into a free rank tracker (SEObook's rank tracker is highly recommended although I use a paid one). That should make it really easy.
