I think there's no keyword tool like that which can monitor what keywords in your site is in SERP. You have to know your targeted keywords to check it. You can download IBP to check your keyword ranking.

 

Your sitemap account is pretty good in delivering some of these stats. It will list down some of the commonly searched phrases with your ranking.
