Is there a way to be able to tell what commissions came from what auction?

You said that "You need to export the data. In the order ID field, the 2nd item (separated by semi-colons) is the eBay Auction ID."

The data has to be exported from the transaction reports link or from performance reports?

Can you tell me exactly where to go, I'm getting frustrated downloading reports that don't show the auction id.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

When you are viewing you transaction reports there is an option to download the report. Download it as an excel file, in one of the colums you'll see 4 numbers seperated by colons, take the second number and paste it in the eBay search box.

    HTH.
