Is there a way to add a proxy to a PTP rotator?

    Hello!
I run a fairly popular Paid to Promote rotator. Here's my problem:

I get about 300 clicks on a good flashy banner a day, per banner with about 5,000 uniques. And I would say 100 of those clicks comes from Japan, 100 from China, and the other 100 from English speaking countries (UK, Australia, USA, ect). I am having trouble getting a good PPC rate for those international countries, the most I have gotten so far is about $0.02 per click. Which really pisses me off because I would like my rate to be 10x that.

So, I came up with a (probably stupid) idea of "what if I added a proxy to my rotator?"

    Here's my idea:
I add a proxy to my rotator, or just to the banner (somehow...) and so when the Chinese or the Japanese people click on the banner, the ad company using GEO-IP targeting will think they came from somewhere in the USA...

    Some flaws I thought of:
    1. I don't know how to pull this off
    2. The 12 hour unique IP - so I'd have to incorporate about 500+ proxies
-But I'm willing to do the work :)

So, any help would be GREATLY appreciate!
    THANK YOU! :)

btw I just started an unlimited free hosting site: gsohosting.com :)
also, if any of you want to become affiliates to my PTP site: easyclick.ws
