In a typical cPanel configuration, the AWStats data base file are under /tmp/awstats/.

Download all the files called awstatsMMYYYY.your_domain.com.txt where
    - MM is the month number (04 for April)
    - YYYY is the year (2007)
    - your_domain.com is your domain name

It is not in the AWStats page. You need to use FTP (or the File Manager in cPanel) to see it.

In most cases, you just need to re-upload these files. Sometimes you need to change the domain name part in the file names.
