Yes. It can be done! You can manage ads by selecting the channels for the respective category of ads you are looking to display on your site. Regarding geographic need not worry because Google Adsense system is configure to respective IP's (Most of the time). Try it and let me know if you need any help..
Do read my above reply thoroughly you will get the answer to your questions. "Create an Adsense Ads" with the channel "Casino" in the respective size. You will only see Casino Ads. Try it and let me know if this works.
What you can do is to add more contents related to casino and get the spiders to crawl your blog more often. After some time, it will realize and identify your blog to be related to casino and serve all the relevant ads. It happens to all new blogs.
Casino?? You wanna show adsense on casino sites? Its against the policies AFAIK. I better read the Adsense TOS again before making any farther comment.
Very much true Abhik. Casino / gambling is ban on Google Adwords. But he can try pokerchips etc. (not casino but similar) to get ads on your site.
