Is there a way for me to figure out what key words a competing website ranks for?

    Can anyone link me to a tutorial? I am not just talking about PPC (though I suspect the two are related). What I'm looking to do is figure out which key words a competing website is optimized for?

    You could always view the source code and see what keywords they are using?

    yea just look at their meta tags in the source code ;), very simple :D

    If they dont have meta kewords, try to check their target KW using baclinkwatch. Although backlinkwatch shows primarily the BLs of a site, it also show what KWs was use.

    yes, because backlinkwatch also shows you the anchor text used for the backlinks!

    You can also subscribe to SpyFU if you want to see your competitor's keywords or you can try SEODigger.:)
