    I might agree in regards to MSN, but Yahoo pays virtually as much attention to backlinks as Google. The thing is that they are indexed much faster. It might take as much as 3 - 4 months for Google.

    No way. Unless you have direct access to Google's databases. It's a
    common delusion that you can manually check further than 1000 search
