    Is there a sure shot way to find if the PR of a domain is fake or real??

    I am just getting confused with too many on the Web.

    Can you elaborate as to what the domain pertains to? Are you referring to a web hosting provider, the legitimacy of its services or promotions?

    I am just asking if there is a simple and easy way to find if the Page rank of a domain is valid or faked using the 301/2 redirects , or some other means if there are any!!

    check out the Google cache of the page. if it shows the same page, then it is not fake. If it shows a different page, then the PR is fake because the page has been cloaked and redirected.

    How can you check the PR of a domain? You can check the PR of a separate page of a website and it may differ from page to page. PR means PageRank thus it ranks pages, not websites.

    domain in itself is a page , like www .domain. com
