Is there a succesfull firm that sets you up a good adwords campain? And how much do these things cost?

 

You could try posting something in the buy/sell/trade section of the forum and see if you get an takers.

You could also look at www.whoisagap.com. It's a directory of Google Advertising Professionals.

I personally haven't worked with any of them.

Shop around and ask for references/documented accomplishments. It's a new industry and you'll see that prices/service levels and expectations will vary greatly from person to person (or company).
