is there a software that can make facebook pages automatically?

    Do you mean create designs automatically, or just the pages? If it's the designs, you're far better off with a custom design.

    I don't think there's any software that can do that at these days. Facebook is becoming more and more strict about automated programs because its often used for spamming in facebook.

    You cannot create fan pages by any automated softwares and if anyone offers you such stuff, be careful, it might be a fraud. However I have noticed a very strange thing in Facebook, when I update my company info under the INFO section, everytime it creates a new fan page, instead of my profile accepting my company's old fan page. This is something new which I have noticed in last couple of weeks. I think this might even create a big issue for the companies who have been using there fan pages for promotions.
