I have a video and i need help to find a program that can draw a track of some sort on the video and allows the caption to move on the track. Its kind of like those hurricane animations with the name of the hurricane moving below the hurricane and dissipears at the end. Please help!
look for a video coompositor. Adobe after effects can do that sort of thing, Jahshaka should be able to do that sort of thing. Don't look for a shareware or freeware app, look for a professional app and try to find it's open-source counterpart if you're tight on budget.
