Is there a simple way of turning my blog into a DoFollow blog as it is currently not?

    I would like to make my blog a DoFollow to help those leaving comments on my blog but i dont know how.

    I may be a bit thick if there is a simple way to do this, i'm just not sure. I use word press if this helps.
