Is there a SEO script that really works

I am wondering does a script exsist that can create content and webpages that are SEO friendly that actually get listed and does not get you banned by google I have never used any SEO scripts before but I have read alot about ones that used to work I am just wondering are there any that actually work today especially with google I am sure there are some that work with yahoo and msn if you know of any please list them here
