    I want a MMS script... web site that can send MMS.. members will get couple of credits on the start. then they have to buy credits.. (like many other sms sites)

    members Can send mms to any country.. or even one country...

    Seems like Google ain't ready to reveal relevant results. However, I've managed to pull this off from the search, this site offers SMS and MMS gateway through PHP language. Perhaps you can try out the trial version.

    Im in the middle of developing this site right now, basically it will allow users to choose graphics and send mms to a persons phone with the image. Should be done next week.
