Rules Is there a rule that a scammer gets banned?

A DP user has admitted that he has my articles (he is going to sell them) and hasn't give them to me, I can show I paid him.

    Is this a ban-able offense?

Other people have written to me about him ripping them off as well.

    What should I do?

Your options are to post factual account in deal thread and use itrader. Always make sure you know the outcome before posting or giving itrader.

    Thank you for the response!

I'm not sure what you mean buy "Always make sure you know the outcome before posting or giving itrader."

Are you saying "Make sure you post factual information" ?

    For the record I have.

I'm surprised that DP would allow someone to do that and not want to look into it at least, now that I know it is not a ban-able offense, I will adjust my perspective on DP accordingly.

    Cheers!

I mean often members work out their problem after having left a negative itrader and then wantto have itrader removed. Itrader is not moderated. BTW, itrader is to be replaced by an improved system.

While I get you're frustration, MODs cannot possibly ban every single person who scams/attempts to scam. It's up to you who you deal with; if they have low or bad iTrader, think twice, if they're a newbie here and you have a good reputation, get your articles first and then pay for them, etc.

MODs have a really tough job; the amount of crap posted here that they have to clean up is ridiculous.
