is there a reason everyone has an indian paypal?

    Well if you are an Indian then certainly you can't have a US PayPal account...lol or you want to mess with PayPal?

    like if you just look through the forums of dp, bhw, and talkgold. everyone has an (indian) paypal or is trying to verify an (indian) paypal or selling a vcc's that verify (indian) paypal accounts n shit.. idk lol thats why im asking.. its just something ive noticed. like maybe an (indian) paypal account has different limitation than a us account or something and ts easyer to bend the rules and get verified?? fuck idk. just curios

    Well many users are indians on these forums , and also we haven't really used debit and credit cards online , so we always have doubt regarding it , so that is why there are many threads from indians about paypal.

    Its just because many ppl sell vcc and most of them are from India. So, if someone asks for an account they make a Indian PP and verify it with vcc and sell them.

    Its also because many users on these forum are indian that's why they talk on issues related to them. As simple as that.
