Is There A Problem With Paypal Mass Payments?

    The guys from TLA (text-link-ads.com) did not send me my payment. They blame paypal and say that there is a problem with mass payment. It seems strange to me that it was not fixed in a few days. Anyone having the same problem with TLA? Is paypal mass payment working?
