Is there a PR update recently?

Google only updates page rank 2 or 3 times a year. It is a rare occurrence. I assume its what they are doing right now. Google never wants you to know too much about what they're doing.

 

As of late they have been updating more frequently. Seems to be about once a month. I monitor it pretty closely as I sell a lot of Pagerank

 

Google has always stated not to worry so much about PR but to focus on getting quality content and backlinks and the PR will increase

 

i believe it happened last month,not this month

 

Matt Cutts confirmed that the last PR update was rolled on late night of October 13. In fact, there are several site owners who have easily noticed the changes om Oct. 14. More so, most websites only notice drop of organic traffic and lost of longtail keywords but the PR still remain.

 

Matt did confirm it. Did you see that on his Twitter? I haven't had time to follow it. Wow, that makes 2 updates so far this month. I am kinda getting used to this, atleast I know where I stand in Google's eyes.

 

it was not a PR update on oct 13th that matt confirmed. there was an update in google search rankings algo(panda 2.6) on 13th.

 

I don't see any update for me sites too yet. May be its some panda version update.

My website PR decreased.

I don't know but I do not see anr pr changes on my sites.

 

Google ran update check out your blogs n sites etc..
