Is there a possibility to regain my PR that was gone?

I started blogging 2 years ago and after 2 months I got PR 1 in Google.Unfortunately it was gone after I post some product review contents. Now I make over my blog and concentrate on posting SEO quality articles and I notice that my search engine traffic has increase. Is there a possibility to regain my PR and even increase it? Somebody told me that if the PR was gone you will never regain it back :( How true is that?

No it's not true. It always goes up and down.

Just get more people to link to your site. PR1 isn't hard to get.

Go with your idea to rank again, surely you will get back your site rank. As you got PR1 before, so I think you have much more idea on how to rank well.

Just keep your site up with decent relevant content.

And QUIT WORRYING ABOUT PAGE RANK!

I see the day is getting nearer and nearer when maybe google will finally drop page rank.

Don't focus too much on PR, instead focus on good content for your visitors. If they like it then everything will follow through, that also applies to loss PR, they eventually comeback and might be even higher.

For regain PR most important thing is promote your blog on right direction. In addition, focusing on original content it is very essential because duplicate content generally occupy low ranking as comparison to original content.

Well if your traffic has increased, why worry about it? No PR sites can be listed in the top page of google...

Would you rather have higher traffic or higher PR? I wouldn't worry about it too much, keep building quality back links and you will be fine!
