    Is there a phpBB Hosting script any I could find?
    And Is it free or do you have to buy it?
    Do you have to create it yourself?

    You mean a script that allows you to provide free phpBB forums to it's members without having to install tons of phpBB forums?

    Then yes. There are many. There are free and paid ones. Just Google search it, or PM me. :D

    If you're asking for a free host and phpbb already setup, google "free phpbb hosting" and you'll see 100's of sites

    I think he or she means a script that allows him/her to provide free forum hosting like the free phpBB sites. :D

    There are many hosts provide auto isntallation tool (Fanstico) of third party software like phpbb.
