    Is there a penalty if you have multi-URL's that point to 1 website

    Do not include Google, Yahoo and MSN/Live Search Engines in your answer.
    Only none major SE's.

    It would depend on the search engine I suppose... you would have to say specifically which search engine you are asking about.

    In general, links/redirects from many sites to one site shouldn't hurt your ranking, it should help it.

    If this does not include the major SEs then there is no point in doing this unless you have names of websites - mispellings which you are hoping to gain traffic from.

    I think it will flagged as False Page Rank in Google, I am not sure about the others.
