    I don't believe so. All transactions will be between you and the buyer or between you and the seller. The "middleman" will be the payment provider you will use to buy or sell.

    Do you know if Paypal offers some sort of assurance when it comes to purchasing licenses, and the transaction does not go through?

    Or moreso, what procedure would you recommend?

    It's still better to do your own due diligence on the seller, check their posts, if they have no history here or their posts are crap or they look dodgy don't do business with them.
