Is there a maximum amount of red rep you can get?

I was doing some thinking after reading more posts about rep. Is there a maximum amount of red rep's you can get or green rep's. I see some members who have a lot of green but the most read I've ever seen was like two.

 

I dont think theres any cap on getting red. But if a person is recieving too many reds, he must be doing something bad, and that guy would be banned by the time he collects more reds.

There is some limit in red's i think
after certain number ur siggy disappears
then you are Banned.
Its like slow poison
