I dont think so. China has lots of lots of online visitors and they're actively involved in online activities. But most of them create their online spaces or blogs through local famous websites which is totally free. There're not many online marketers now in China, so it's not possible for average Chinese people to look for a hosting company to host their own sites for marketing purposes. I'm from China, that's my suggestion.
