Is there a limit to how many people you can follow on twitter?

    Hi guys, i am not only wondering whether there is an overall limit to the amount of people you can follow on twitter but also is there a limit or a "dont go over" limit to how many people you can click to follow in a certain length of time?

    Seems that there is not, i ve now reached 207...hopefully they don't ban me for just checking if it did limit you to 200.

    Yeah i was reading before that if you follow too many people in such a short length of time then your put on a list of spammers or something....not sure if thats correct.

    Why do people without any clue randomly throw numbers out there? It doesn't matter how many people you follow on Twitter as long as you can manage it. If you're trying to spam it, you will fail. People you follow don't necessarily follow you back so they won't see your messages if you're not contributing to the conversations positively.

    Hoping you weren't directing that at me. I agree though i read only several blogs today that the maximum number of people you could follow were 200 and 250 oh and 150.

    Then i did some more research and found that it didn't matter and basically what i said previously and yourself then sums it up.
