Is there a limit in submitting Press release to PR site?

    I would like to ask for your opinions is there a limitation in the number of PR site in posting a press release?

    I haven't seen an official limit, but if the press releases are not newsworthy and are posted just to get traffic/links, they probably won't pass or won't give you much traffic :)

    Editors can block a stream of low quality press releases, I guess. On the other hand, sites without editorial control aren't probably worth spending your time on.

    i think it depends site by site, every site has its own set of rules but what they have in common is strict policies against spammers. So if you submit frequently enough to get noticed you might be blocked permanently and labeled as a spammer which might not be the best thing for your business.
