Is there a Google rollback going on ?

For how long you were affected with this rollback?

 

Interestingly, I am higher today than I ever have been in the SERPs for my keyword, but my PR has gone from 5 to 4 (it was at 5 for over a year). I have no idea why this has happened, but it seems like a bunch of my backlinks have disappeared out of google's index. Don't know what's going on.

 

When did your pr change,a couple of weeks back ?

Still waiting for my sites to go back to #1+2 rather than #5+6

 

I don't know the exact date but I think it was about 4-5 weeks ago. EDIT: I did notice a hit in traffic around that time too...

 

I was getting rolled back for a few hours each day. Now I'm back and google is back to sending me 1K+ a day.

 

My traffic went down on 3rd may..
it come back on 27th may...

My advice to all those who affected... "Please be patient.... something is going bad on google.. that will be corrected soon"

 

One of my sites receiving 1K visitors a day have gone off the positions a month ago and now getting only 100 visitors( .....and the worst thing is it gone from position 10 to position 150 for the main keyword. Someone please tell me where should i contact google for this matter. Should i contact adsense support?? This one site has badly affetecd my adsense income. Any advice would be appreciated. One thing to add it was a PR3 site and still holds its ranking i.e PR3 after last update

 

absolutely, get them on the phone and tell them to get your site back into the top ratings!

 

Ask them to double my visitors too, i want to make some more on adsense

 

I have been seeing this for a while now, up and down.

 

So this is what they do ... mix the results around so ppl are never consistently on the first page that way you have to depend on PPC for consistent traffic.

 

Yes similar situation here
one of my keyword was ranking at # 1 but now i cannt see it on the first 10 pages of google

i need to cry now

 

I had one of my sites go from about bottom of first page or top of second page to NOWHERE during this mixup. Luckily they came back (with a few positions higher, 8th on first page for all keywords) tonight. Lost positions around mid May I guess.

So there is hope for everyone here!!

 

I see a very small improvements for some keywords.
For last 3 days I jump from TOP450 to TOP150

Today my site that has been pushed way back in the SERPS has come back to its early positions. I am sure every one would see their lost positions very soon

 

Yes seeing nice pick ups....seems they tweaked the algo a bit too much in chasing purchased links..

Not for nothing but your sig file smells of link scheme

Not sure if you know this or not but the word "link" or "links" is an alarm to Google

 

I have a site that lost all of it's positions in SERP's for almost 6 weeks now and nothing has improved since!

 

Hope it lasted. I said the same thing, and then it crapped out on me again. It's 5-11! Actually not sure of the date this mess started for me, but it was around then. It's like someone is flipping a light switch on and off for me.

 

For me started after May-21. No improvement since than. Since 2-3 days ago SERPs came back but I'm at 300-350 pages at Google.

 

I hope mine is the same and get back to its previous or better positions....total nightmare atm.
