Is there a good primer around to show available analytics and why to use one over another

    I'd like to start analyzing my site a bit and could you some direction on what type of analytics are available and their strengths, costs, and availability. I'm not looking to become an expert in this, but would like a nice start to see what potentially could be analyzed on a site and assist in making a first few steps.

    The widest used is Google Analytics and it's free for the most part.
