Is there a free social networking system out?

I'm looking for a myspace or youtube type of place where people can add pictures and create a profile. Is there a free one out like a opensource? Should I go with a clone instead?

 

Are you looking for a script or a site you can be a member of?

 

A script that has some of the same functions of myspace or youtube. Uploading videos and picture with the option of creating profiles etc.

 

phpFox is one of the best. Bit pricey though.

Try searching google, I think you might find a cheaper one then PHPfox.

 

I affiliate for phpfox, I don't like them but the Dolphin one looks great. I may order that.

 

I dont think a free one is going to suite your needs

www.pligg.com is the best out there for a small price though.

Pretty much, but the sites I have created using it are very powerful and rank high within days of install. Its a powerful system and everyone should have one!
