    I have heaps of SEO Video on my video blog that is free. I will soon be bringing out a more comprehensive paid version. You will still get a lot out of my free stuff though. Just go to the sitemap you will see it all there.

    Seo is a long process and really can't be summed up in a video. For a beginner I wouldn't recommend matts videos either. Try reading seo forums and blogs like seochat.com and 1stsearchenginerankings.com
    You can there gain a good knowledge of seo.
