Is there a Database Backup Tutorial?

I have Bluehost and want to do full backups of all my databases from the bluehost shared server to my PC. I contacted bluehost support and they have no clue.

Do you know of any type of bluehost database backup tutorial I could use? Or how to do it so I can do a full restore from my PC if for whatever reason bluehost deletes all my files?

I tried searching on here but couldnt find anything.

you can always just go into your phpmyadmin and click Export on the menu in the right frame.

 

If the database is not too large, you can try getting a db copy to your mail using a free php script using cron. just google it and you'll find it.
