    A credit card with a $20 limit? Hope it's 0% financing!

    I've heard of $300 limit but not $20... that'd be ridiculously stupid to hand out.

    You can get a debit card and put in $20. I think that is the closest I can think of.

    You are from India, just do a Google for all the Indian banks, pick up a phone and just call their credit card division to enquire. That would be the easiest way.

    It's not worth to even create a $20 card. The production cost of creating that credit card would probably cost about $10 :p

    Maybe he has a spending problem :)

    That's the easiest way to do it for sure. I've never had a credit card in my life - I live off my VISA debit card. I can only spend what I've got - luckily I've got gazillions in the bank! :rolleyes: :p

    Just open a new account somewhere, and get a debit card. Or get one attached to your existing bank account.

    go to HDFC bank and make debit card account with " Net Safe option " you can create VCC card with $20 or any price , thats what i am using .

    You could try using VCC. That's the only type of credit card I know with that credit limit.
