Is there a CMS which will do the following?

    Hi

    I am wondering if there is a CMS which will allow me to do the following?

    1) I would like a CMS that I can connect to a database so the visitors can upload information to the site.

    2) Once users have logged into the site they only see the information that they have entered into the site

    Is this possible and if so which CMS would be the best for this?

    I know that Joomla can do this. Nut sure about Drupal though.
