Is there a CMS that I can upload a database?

    I have a large access database that I need to get on the web. I can export it to MySQL or to an excel spreadsheet and thus a comma delineated file.

    Can you think of a CMS that I can upload that data to? My searches at opensourcecms has been fruitless.
