Hi there, I am looking for an ad network that serves eBay and other merchant sites' ads on their publishers' websites and pays on a CPC (cost per click) basis. I know of ShoppingAds, but they say that you have to be a premium publisher ( though I don't know what that means) I assume it refers to publishers who send a large amount of traffic from North America. Are there any other alternatives to ShoppingAds? Please advise. Thanks
