is there a advantage to finding better CPM/CPC offers?

    Is there a program or website that will tell what keywords are really expensive? If this is possible, couldn't you use this system to base your site on those keywords to make more money with adsense?

    Yes, you can try this site http://www.adsenseaccelerator.com/ but at the moment the subscription is closed, but when they release you too cay join, there is some monthly subscription fee is there and I heard this tool is very useful to find some niche keywords..

    Usually the really high paying keywords are very specific for expensive products. Example: treatment of some cancer types.
    Also, that keywords are not used for many people, son don't expect many visitors.
