Submitting to dmoz with software is non-sense. This is not mass submitting but one of most important submitting. So, you should make it with your hands and with your mind! Otherwise I dont think mass submitting to directories is good, why? Because bigger and important directories, related to your niche/bizness are not so much, so it's always better to do it with your hands and carefully! Good luck!
