Is their any benefit of submittting links on the mirror sites..?

    Hi...

    am a new person in SEO feild n try to learn more n more about SEO

    m encountering with a problm while doing directry n bookmarkings...
    no. of sites are mirror sites... having same IP address but the url are different....

    is this the waste of time if we submit link on these...?

    Yes You will have benefit but not much.
    Same IP have still small benefits.

    There is NO harm in submitting to directories with same IP address but different URLs.

    As Richestgirl said... dont expect wonders out of it.
