my domain is www.railstem.com . it is in ruby on rails language. it is 2 to 3 year old . now days i wnt to redirect or make it in wordpress. same link , same domain name, same images ,same content , and add just 4 more pages with new content just it will be make it in wordpress. it will be any gud or bad effect on my achieved ranking in google? give me some suggestion .
This should be fine in theory, but in practice, rankings can drop (at least for a while) when you make such a transition, even if you do everything seemingly correctly. My advice: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Since it's a mere 4 additional pages we are talking about, add them with Ruby on Rails.
