Is their a plug in to add links on my blog

    I wanted to add some links on my blog page and is their a plug in for this?

    The links would open in a new browser window when the user clicks on them.

    Wordpress already has a links function with a sidebar widget. You can access it and set it up in your dashboard under "Links". Are you looking for something else?

    Yes. You don't need to do that because Wordpress has already that feature. But if you want more features, just search it on plugins page in Wordpress
