I've been using this site called dnscoop to figure out the worth of my website, is this site accurate? It has a high page rank
Well find interested buyers and ask them how much they are willing to pay i know its a tough task but thats how we get the proper value IMO
Hello You will never be able to get an exact value on what your websites value is worth. DNScoop doesn't calculate revenue, It also does not counter refers i beleive it counts it all as Direct traffic so it is very in-accurate in my opinion!
There are many factors - there is no simple formula that is going to get you an exact price. If you want a general rule, figure about 12 - 18 times the monthly net of the site. If the site requires a lot of work per week, it could go for less than that. Is the revenue stable or has it only been up for 3 months? If the site has minimal traffic, minimal revenue, then it's worth is likely to be minimal - if you could even find a buyer. Sellers that claim a site has "a lot of potential" but no revenue isn't usually going to be worth very much - every site has "potential". The time you put into the site doesn't usually matter much - it's the revenue it is already generating that will attract buyers.
No its not accurate. If you want accurate, you need to hire an independent evaluator to evaluate your site value.
