    My answer might be posted already by others but here's my point:

    The SERP of a particular keyword is not the same in different countries. There are many things considered here: The location of the servers of the websites, the location of the websites linking to, and the number of clicks of certain sites on a certain SERP.

    no they have different result, result base in the countries needs. You got better position in the country where your site is available.
