    Can you please tell me if the seo looks ok on this page? I still have to add a lot of pics, but is it ok so far? (just seo plz, not ugly colors lol)

    to fight for the single keyword like "louisiana" is hard to do.
    my advice is you change your meta title, keywords and etc..to 2 or 3 words that don't have much competitor

    fix meta tags
    carefully choose keywords, 'cause basically they should be at least once presented in your web content
