Hello sorry for my english first
Is the Rewriting illegally ? and google can penalize me for duplicate content ?
    for example this article
    http://ezinearticles.com/?Things-That-You-Should-Know-About-Hostgator-Web-Hosting-Service-Before-You-Start-Having-One&id=5402788
    Code (markup):
the part 2 of the article is:

If you are serious about creating a website to market your products, you should find a suitable web hosting service to start up and maintain your site. The use of web hosts is without doubt one of the easiest way not only to create web sites, but also to maintain them. For those that are not familiar with how these services work, they are generally Internet hosting services that allow people to start a website and make the site visible to the rest of the world wide web. Space would be provided on a server that is owned by the host to be used by the customers.

and i rewrite it to be:

If you're seriously interested in making a website to promote your products and solutions, you need to get a perfect web hosting provider to begin and maintain your website. The usage of web hosts is undoubtedly one of the best method not just to make websites, but to maintain them. For those that aren't experienced with the way these services work, they're just generally Internet webhosting services which make it possible for websites administrators to begin with an online website and help make the website accessible into the rest of the internet. Web hosting space would be offered on a hosting sever which is run by the web host for being utilized by the websites administrators.

Is this illegally or not ? and google can penalize me for duplicate content ? although the ALL article is changed.
and what about changed the article in the top^ you see it unique or not ?
and this is danger for my AdSense account ???

    Thanks

No its not illegal but in terms of SEO if google detects the re-writing, it may penalize your website for duplicate content.

If your re-write article is 70% unique than original article, then no problem at all. Search engine also index your article & will be in good ranking position.

Like the guy above me I would definately suggest rewriting the article in your own words. As for using Ezineaticles I'm almost certain that they do allow people to republish the articles on their website. Of course you need to find out first before doing it.

They won't penalize you for duplicate content as such (just think how easy it would be to affect a competitor by duplicating all their stuff) but you won't get the credit for anything subsequent that is duplicated.

I do not think that rewriting is illegal but rather than doing the rewriting having the unique content really helps you get the better traffic for the website. As having the quality content helps to attract visitors and also Google loves the unique content.

If you want to know if google will index you then sure, google will index even duplicate content.
If you want to know whether you can rank in SERP, then sure but you have to properly rewrite the article for the NEW keyword you want to rank for.
If you want to know if its legal/illegal as if in copyright and DMCA stuff, no one will be able to tell you unless they are a "real" lawyer.

No, if you do rewrite your content than you should be ok
Having said that, google has been known to ban people without reasons anyway so who the hell knows for sure

It's not "illegal" - you won't get arrested for it. Oh, and if you mean will it penalize you? New content is always better than duplicate content... and it you do rewrite it, make sure it's 70-80% unique... but at that point, might as well just write a new article.

No but I would still prefer proper research before writing anything. It takes so much time though.

It is not illegal but quality and readable is another story. It may have some positive in seo benefits but it would only hurt your reputation as long as they gives no value to readers. (in case you have published those garbage contents on your own website / blog).
