Is the placement of my ads are right??

Please review my ad placement of my blog......U can be able to find my blog from my signature tool....it named "LATEST CURRENT AFFAIRS QUESTIONS"......please tell me whether the placements are right or not....actually its not generating that much of money......so please help me asap.....U can also enter on my blog by clicking Here

 

I really would not have an ad above your title. It makes the page look like it is build for ads....
